Skill and Competency:-

  1. Strong Knowledge of Heading sales for Canada and APEC region –Web and Mobile solutions sales (Java, .Net, CMS, PHP, Enterprise based segment customized solutions & services).
  2. Responsible for IT business development & sales generated for/from Canada & APEC region.
  3. Setting Sales structure, driving execution, target (quarter/annual) and executing aggressive sales & marketing approach.
  4. Responsible for full cycle sales/ business development activities from lead generation, proposal, negotiation to deal closure.
  5. Lead generation through tele calling and reaching to the fortnightly lead generation target for a portfolio of software products & services.
  6. Closing sales orders and achievement of quarterly lead generation and revenue quota. 
  7. Execute sales & marketing activities such as call outs, campaigns, webinars etc. 
  8. Strategic Client relationship - from transition till Account Management.
  9. In charge for database generation.
  10. Confident Canada & APEC partners/client network.
  11. Business analytical, client portfolio & products/After Sales Services/Customer Relationship management.
  12. Settling clients on corporate profile.
  13. Representing Canada market & growth development plans to Top-management.
