As an Inbound Customer Service Representative you will:

·         Help customers with inquiries regarding their bills

·         Take payments and setting up preauthorized monthly payments.

·         Upgrade or down grade services on the customer’s account.

·         Provide Technical Trouble Shooting to resolve service issues.

·         Activate a customer’s service.

·         Retain the customer is they request to disconnect service.

You will require the following skills:

• Sales Orientated 

• Ability to Multitask 

• Ability to Build a Rapport with the customer

• Strong Communication skills

• Strong Work Ethic

Additionally, Sitel requires that you have your High School Diploma and that you are available to work various schedules due to our 24/7 operational hours. Starting Wage is $11.00 per hour.
