Recruitment Coordinator, Calgary

Our client, an international company that provides services for the oil and gas industry, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to become part of their team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Coordinate and carry out all recruitment and on-boarding activities
  • Manage multiple job postings on a wide variety of recruitment websites
  • Promote the company brand in all recruitment opportunities
  • Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of all orientation activities
  • Prepare and present recruiting statistical reports
  • Report to HR manager Canada

 

QUALIFICATIONS:            

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be great at building relationships with different types of people at all levels
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Must be able to travel 10-20% of the time (at least once a month) to various locations
  • Must enjoy taking initiative
  • Innovative and effective use of Social Media to source candidates
  • Must be adept in use of MS Office
  • Experience and understanding of business needs in Oil and Gas services would be an asset
  • Extensive recruiting experience or degree/diploma in HR or RPR designation is an asset
